9mm EO (emission level zero) Moisture Resistant Medium Density Fibre Board (EO MR MDF) sheets:
Custom profiling with either “V” Centres or “Traditional Beaded” Centres:
63mm, 70mm, 86mm, 92mm, 100mm, 133mm, 140mm & 150mm.
Nominal Sheet Lengths are:
2400mm, 3000mm, 3600mm, 4500mm, 5400mm
Sheets are supplied with primed faces.
Highly Moisture Resistant Medium Density Fibre Board (HMR MDF) sheets:
Custom profiling with either “V” Centres or “Traditional Beaded” Centres:
63mm, 70mm, 86mm, 92mm, 100mm, 133mm, 140mm & 150mm.
Nominal Sheet Lengths are:
2400mm, 3000mm & 3600mm
Sheets are supplied with primed faces.
9.5mm Semi External Linings:
Custom profiling with either “V” Centres or “Traditional Beaded” Centres:
63mm, 70mm, 86mm, 92mm, 100mm, 133mm, 140mm & 150mm.

2700 & 3600mm

VJ Wall & Ceilings Linings
We can supply VJ & Traditional Beaded Panels with special grooved centres.
Our VJ sheets are manufactured from E0 (e-zero) Moisture Resistant Medium Density Fibre Board (E0 MR MDF) for internal applications, HMR (Highly Moisture Resistant) MDF Wet Room VJ Linings for wet rooms, and Semi External Wall Linings for external applications.
Interior VJ panels can be utilised as a stylish wall feature to break up plain plaster walls. VJ sheets can be installed direct to studs or over existing lining. The VJ board can be used on ceilings and walls with the VJ profile running vertically, horizontally and even diagonally to create a unique styling feature. For a traditional colonial style, consider a dado wall with a dado moulding and half wall VJ sheets.
Residential applications include dining rooms, kitchens, family lounge, media rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry and study. Commercial applications include office fit-outs, foyers, retail shops, restaurants and hotels.
Our special grooved centre VJ panel profile service allows flexibility to break away from the standard 100mm groove centres. Profiles are available for either “V” Centres or “Beaded” Centres at 63mm, 70mm, 86mm, 92mm, 100mm, 133mm, 140mm & 150mm.
